Terms & Conditions - the basics
1. Scope of Service
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services tailored to your selected plan. Services will only include what is outlined in your quote, invoice, or booking confirmation. Any additional tasks or changes must be requested and approved in writing prior to service.

2. Booking and Access

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by our team.

Clients are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property during the scheduled time.

If we are unable to access the location at the scheduled time, a lockout or trip fee may apply.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in full charge for the missed service.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept credit cards, ACH, and secure online payments.

Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week until resolved.

For recurring services, you authorize us to securely store and charge your preferred payment method on file.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return and re-clean the area in question at no additional charge. Re-cleaning must occur within 3 business days of the original service.

6. Liability and Damage Policy

We are insured and take all reasonable precautions while servicing your property.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or wear and tear

Damage resulting from improper installation or unstable fixtures

Accidental breakage of unsecured or fragile items not disclosed beforehand

Clients are responsible for securing valuables and sensitive items prior to service.

7. Health & Safety

We use standard and/or eco-friendly cleaning products.

Please notify us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or special product requests.

Bay Area Cleaners LLC is not responsible for adverse reactions to products if prior notice was not provided.

8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for reasons including but not limited to:

Unsafe working conditions

Verbal or physical abuse toward staff

Illegal activity on the premises

9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and keep your personal and payment information confidential and secure. We do not sell or share your data. Your information is only used to process bookings, payments, and improve service delivery.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
