Refund Policy - the basics

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your cleaning:

Please contact us within 24 hours of your service.
We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost, typically within 72 hours.
Re-cleaning is only available for areas specified in the original service agreement.

2. Refunds

We do not offer full refunds for completed services, as time, labor, and materials have already been committed. However, under certain circumstances, partial refunds or service credits may be issued at our discretion, such as:

If a re-clean is not possible due to scheduling conflicts.
If there is documented service failure after re-cleaning.
If the service was canceled in error by our team.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or credits will not be issued in the following cases:

Services not reported as unsatisfactory within 24 hours.
Missed appointments due to client no-shows or restricted access.
Scope of work misunderstood due to lack of clear communication or changes not agreed to in writing.
Damage due to pre-existing conditions or items not secured by the client.

4. Prepaid Packages

For clients on prepaid plans:

You may cancel future services with 72 hours’ notice for a pro-rated refund on unused visits.
No refund will be issued for services already completed.

5. Booking Errors or Duplicate Charges

If you were charged in error or accidentally booked a duplicate service:

Contact us within 48 hours.
We will process a full refund for mistaken or duplicate charges.
